Located in the heart of the polymer industry, both our Aurora and Mantua, Ohio, facilities offer you engineering, development, tooling, molding, extrusion, finishing and maintenance capabilities.
Mantaline’s 57,000 square-foot headquarters in Mantua offers salt-cure and microwave extrusion processes, with on-line cut to length, printing and drilling, as well as on-site compound development. Its finishing capabilities include injection and splicing presses, pressure sensitive and heat activated taping, notching, punching and drilling.
In 1999 Mantaline opened its 41,000 square-foot facility in Aurora. The operation houses state-of-the-art microwave curing lines that produce single and dual extrusion profiles that can be produced in solid or sponge rubber, along with metal and wire carrier capabilities and a myriad of value-added services.
Most recently Mantaline has upgraded its in-house tool shop to expedite product modifications with the latest in high-tech equipment.
